Missing chapters

This book is missing several essential chapters. Luckily, the English dept. at my University let me borrow a "real" textbook. I was suprised to see 4th brief edition from the English department was twice the size and blue! Not the one advertised here.
Double check with your professor before buying this one.

Missing Something?

I bought this book for a class I'm taking online (as it was cheaper here than through the school's bookstore). However, I found that the book is missing chapters 12 through 15. In fact, the table of contents even goes from chapter 11 straight to chapter 16 (not as if the pages are missing, but as if the chapters were eliminated all together). The rest of the book was in fine condition, but it's annoying to learn a month into the semester that I may have to buy this book again, since vital chapters are missing.
