Good for critical reading.

I am quite impressed with the structure and organization of this text. The questions that follow the passage use the sq3r approach and I believe are well-suited to help student become better critical readers.
The only problem with this book is that I wish the instructor's manual that came with it gave suggested or possible answers rather than only giving suggestions as to how to approach the lesson.
There are also some useful tips for writing critically too.
Good supplementary text for critical thinking courses.
